How to View and Export Lead Lists
Learn how to view your previous exported lead lists and export leads in CSV format, including exporting the first 500 leads from a lead list.
How to View and Export Lead Lists
Managing your lead lists effectively is crucial for your sales process. This article will guide you on how to view your previously exported lead lists and how to export leads in CSV format, including exporting the first 500 leads from a lead list.
Viewing Previous Exported Lead Lists
To view your previous exported lead lists, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Lead Database section in your dashboard.
- Look for an option labeled Export History or similar. This section should list all your previous exports, including the date and details of each export.
Export is available on every plan, including Free. The difference is per-export size: Free is capped at 100 leads per export; Pro / Scale / Titan have no cap.
Exporting Leads in CSV Format
To export leads in CSV format, follow these steps:
- Go to the Lead Database section.
- Select the lead list you wish to export.
- Look for an Export button or link, typically found at the top right of the lead list.
- Choose CSV as your export format.
- Confirm the export, and the file should download automatically.
The export is a single CSV file (no XLSX, no JSON). If the download doesn't start, allow downloads from consulti.ai in your browser and retry.
Exporting the First 500 Leads from a Lead List
If you want to export only the first 500 leads from a lead list, you can typically do this by:
- Selecting the lead list you wish to export.
- Adjusting any settings or filters to limit the export to the first 500 entries. This may be done through an Export Options menu.
- Proceed with the export as described in the previous section.
On Free, an export tops out at 100 leads — so if your filtered list has more than 100, the export will return the first 100 only. Upgrade to Pro / Scale / Titan to remove the per-export cap, or run multiple exports with tighter filters.
