How to Download Specific Leads from a Larger List

If you have a large list of leads and need to download only a specific number, follow these steps to filter and export your desired leads efficiently.

Filtering Leads

To filter your leads based on specific criteria, you can use the filtering options available in your lead database. Here’s how:

1. Access Your Lead List: Navigate to the section of your dashboard where your leads are listed.
2. Use Filters: Apply filters to narrow the list. Consulti's lead database supports filtering by job title, keywords, industry, company name, country / state / city, employee count (min/max), revenue range, and email status.
3. Select Leads: After applying the filters, you should see a reduced list of leads that match your criteria.

Downloading Your Selected Leads

Once you have filtered your leads, you can proceed to download them. Here’s how:

1. Select the Leads: Depending on the interface, you may have the option to select all leads on the filtered list or manually choose specific leads.
2. Download Option: Click Export above the lead list.
3. Format: Exports always come as a CSV file (no XLSX, no JSON).
4. Complete the Download: Follow any additional prompts to complete the download process.

Tips for Efficient Lead Management

• Batch Selection: If your platform allows, use batch selection to save time when choosing leads.
• Regular Updates: Regularly update your filters to ensure you are always working with the most relevant leads.
• Per-export cap: On Free, an export is capped at 100 leads. Pro / Scale / Titan have no per-export cap. If you only want a slice of a larger filtered list on a paid plan, tighten your filters until the result count matches what you want, then export.
